New York International Screenplay Awards

The New York International Screenplay Awards aims to bring together producers and screenwriters, whether amateur or professional, from all over the world. Winners will have a chance to meet with producers in New York, as well as other rewards.

Winners and Official Finalists of the 2019 New York International Screenplay Awards will be announced officially May 10th, 2019. New York International Screenplay Awards, aims to bring together the producers and all the scenery writers, whether amateur, or professional from all over the world.
The screenwriters who submitted their scripts, producers and the other guests who work in the American movie industry had a chance for networking oppurtunities at the award ceremony and the after party.
NYISA Jury members are New Yorker producers, screenwriters, filmmakers who works on the submissions and provide detailed feedback.

Awards & Prizes
Those scripts chosen will have chance to meet producers in New York. Along with this they will get glamorous NYISA trophies and many other perks are waiting for the winning scripts.
Each NYISA winner will receive an InkTip prize package to promote themselves and their scripts to InkTip’s entire network of producers, managers, and agents. Each winner will receive an InkTip Script Listing and have their logline featured in InkTip Magazine.
InkTip Magazine is sent to over 15,000 producers and representatives.
Additionally, each winner will receive, 1 year subscription to, and each finalist will have 3 months subscription to

NYISA will promote the winning scripts to motion picture industry trade publications, industry blogs, the entertainment media, production companies, producers, etc.

Rules & Terms
All scripts must be submitted in English, formatted in 12-point courier font.
Entry fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Entry in the competition is void where prohibited by law.
Judges and employees who work for the NYISA are not eligible to enter the competition, nor are their affiliates or immediate family members.
Screenplays written by up to four people may be entered in the contest. Only one entry fee is required for such entries. All writers' names should be listed on the online entry. All writers must authorize submission of the entry. If a screenplay is written by multiple authors, prizes will be divided at the writers' discretion.
All entries must be uploaded in PDF format. (
